I must say how useful I found the site visit. I was very impressed by Ian and Luke’s careful and scrupulous examination of the structure, and their constructive suggestions and proposals for solutions.
We were asked to inspect the balcony and provide recommendations to the owner on how to best overcome some of the faults he’d found with it.
